Why not an auto blocker, darkmoon vengance, or Coren's Lucky Coin instead of the figurine? This looks to be you only glaring bad and is pretty easy to replace so please explain its pressence.

My combo used to be Libram of Repentance and moroes lucky pocket watch..my avoidance was over capped at like 106..so i went and bought Libram of divine purpose for more threat. with LoDP and with pocket watch my avoidance was below capp. so i went thru my bags and found my figurine. So with LoDP and figurine i have 102.7% avoidance. The fact that my block is higher too means i should generate more threat than i would with dodge too. Also i dont use the auto block because id drop below my avoidance cap..i need block rating over the block value on it.

A few questions (some don't have right answers and are purely opinion-based):

1. Why socket for some bonuses and not for others (Esp. the Battleworn Tuskguard and the Chestguard, which have the same bonus yet only one is socketed for it)? Why not all stamina?
2. Why 150 health over 15 defense on your chest?
3. What enchant are you planning to put on your gloves?
4. What do you think of the talent changes in 3.0.2 and what are you planning to do about the loss of defense from Anticipation?
5. Why 12 dodge instead of 12 defense to cloak?

1. I had gotten the chest piece before the helm. So at the time i still needed dodge and some defense to stay at 490+ and get to my avoidance cap. once i had got the helm i didnt need the avoid or defense so i started stacking stam.
2. I didnt want to overcap defense so, again stacking stam.
3. Well 5 mins ago I had stam..but i wanted to 2% theat and i just got the enchant on them today.
4. I'm actually very excited about the patch. Getting mana back on blocks from sanctuary and getting more spell power from Touched by the light talent. As far as defense goes ill dig thru my bags and get it back up to par. Ive been experimenting alot on the PTR but it seems fun so far.
5. Same as my answer from question 2. I ddint need anymore defense so i stacked stam.

One of the only prot pally tanks I know that can generate good agro. <3 x a million.

How's your ret gear?
