Talent Spec: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=sVZaxVAbuMteIRGoxo

Armory: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Gorgonnash&n=Mcpeepants

Stats:
HP:30784
Armor:23184
Defense:540
Dodge:20.61%
Parry:18.28%
Block:19.63% 1308 BV
Expertise:27 with SoC on

Yes I do have a pvp trinket.
I do not have any resist gear for wotlk.
As for trinkets, I would like to get repelling charge.
I am from Kentucky, I am not a hick and yes i do understand/speak english.
I am 16 but mature and will not cause any problems.
I do have a mic.
And i do have Omen/PallyPower/DBM

I never played pre-bc, cleared most of everything in BC except sunwell and illidan(had a late start).
I've been in a lot of guilds, Eclipse Complex, Lang Huo, Death Dealerz, Unforgivable, Betrayed By Blood, but I am looking for one that will progress fast and get what is need done to be done.
I think I would be a good addition to damage done, because from what I have heard I am a great tank, I'm not boring, and I am on a lot of the time.
I can make all of your raid times and yes I do understand that I could be benched for someone else.

Thank you for reading this and I hope to get some feedback. Smile

Here are some mechanics/gearing/paladin-related questions for you:

1. Why not fetch more socket bonuses? A more balanced gearing plan would probably net you enough defense to use a trinket other than Seal of the Pantheon.
2. Are you going to get at least to Honored with Sons of Hodir anytime soon? The shoulder enchants from them will help you move away from a trinket like Seal and towards one like Valor Medal of the First War or Lavanthor's Talisman.
3. Why 50 AP to weapon instead of 20 str, 26 agi, or accuracy?
4. What are your thoughts on the block cap?
5. What rotation do you use on bosses?

Edit: 6. Why did you choose to spec into Seals of the Pure instead of some other alternative?

While it wasn't ever officially mentioned, it looks like another one of Alfman's cronies. He's going to have more people apply than we have people currently in the guild.

Answer Petrus' question plz

And I'm in vent with you right now, and it's fucking excruciating to listen to you and Robriggle talk to each other.

lawl what is that

anyways
couldnt answer your questions, I was in a raid
1. I just feel like i have the socket bonuses i need, i know i need some more dodge, though not really prepared to lose all my health if you know what i mean :/
2. I have been working on the rep off and on but usually get sidetracked with raiding, i will be working on it soon
3. i got the 50 ap just because i was litterally down to nothing and thats all i had money for, it will be replaced
4. i dont really focus on block, i know its nice for trash and SoR threat but i would rather focus on straight avoidance even with the diminishing returns.
5. My rotation is usually - hs- consencrate- AS - (HotR is it is more than one) (judge then SoR if just boss) then i keep it going through the fight with JoL-SoR-Hammer making sure HS and consencrate are up and i never lose threat.
6. i specced into that because well, it is more threat, and there really isnt anything else in the prot tree, but ive been thinking about dropping it for Heart of the crusader for utility and pursuit for fights involving more movement

Fair enough answers. The rotation you should be using is the 9-6-9-6-9 rotation, which is a 9 (or 8) second cooldown followed by a 6 followed by another 9.

--9-----6-----9-----6---------------------9------------------6-----9--------6------9----6----------9----------6-------9------6--
Judge-ShoR-HS-Hammer-(Consecration/Exorcism/AS)-ShoR-Judge-Hammer-HS-ShoR-Cons/Ex/As-Hammer-Judge-ShoR etc.

I'd also argue that the slight re-gemming or at least re-enchanting is probably going to be better overall. Too much stam results in a squishy paladin, and too much avoidance results in a paladin with a tiny health pool. A more balanced gemming/enchanting scheme ends up in a very well-rounded tankadin.

A good gemming/enchanting guide is here at the Maintankadin website.

However, these are just recommendations. I'd say the rotation change is more important because your given reasons for your gemming/enchanting are more than fair, I'd just do it differently.

Overall I'd say not too bad, I'm eager to see an overall impression from Ichaerus/Alfman since they raided with you last night.

Yes, the new changes look quite nice. I wish the neck had a blue socket, I really do. If I weren't so crazy about matching sockets I'd probably put a 24stam in mine, too.

Only one question: how's your threat generation? Do you ever have DPS chasing you? I'm mostly just curious because I've always used Armsman (or 2% threat even in BC) on my gloves so I've never really gone without the enchant to see how my threat is, and you have Stam on your gloves instead (which is perfectly legitimate so long as DPS aren't biting at your heels on threat).

Other than that it looks good - keep working at Hodir rep for the shoulder enchants. With the changes you'll be an easier tank to heal and be a fairly well-rounded tankadin.

So I'm able to hold threat when fighting bosses, granted sometimes the dps is needing salv and what not but I am able to hold my aggro. When I'm trying to take it from you im stuck at around 60-70% threat on the boss. So why do you need the 2%?
