lol. DKs better be puttin' out some mad threat! Still pretty much impossible to mess up PvE raid spec for ret. We're being converted into shadowpriests! Ret paladins will now be using retribution aura in the prot pally group while the prot pally uses (improved) devo aura? Ohwait..auras are going to be raidwide. This is going to be strange. =( Holy and Prot specs are pretty straightforward too, don't feel like posting them though. I like the changes, but it's not all that I expected it to be. Edit: Psssst, btw, Beta is in process. Blizzard is going uncharacteristically fast. Check it all out.

| Post the holy changes fuckface. Phone Internet doesn't work too well. I saw what was on mmochampions main page but that's it.
P.s. Blessing of Salvation got owned. Healing coeficcients are being changed so caster SPs and healing loot is the same. And I was so looking forward to having 3500 healing.

| I'm so far a fan of the Prot changes overall, but there are some things that leave me wondering. 1. I LOVE the Stam-> Spelldamage talent. 30% more spelldamage? Thanks 2. Will that make Spelldamage on plate tank gear go away? I can see us having 2k-ish Stamina (I already have 1300something unbuffed), which would result in 600 spelldamage... but well-geared paladins have almost that much NOW in TBC, so I'm hoping for a bit more in WOTLK (maybe 900 or 1k would sound about right for threat there if scaling continues as it has). 3. Ret paladins with Ret aura and Prot paladins with Devo aura? WHAAA? It's not how it is now but Imp Devo aura is pretty cool looking. 4. The prot tree is really full... I'd like a few more points to take everything I want, but I don't see myself going into Imp Judgement in WOTLK, but rather 5 points into holy for Seals of the Pure (aka Imp SoR). 5. I can now see myself using Vengeance(Corruption) with SoR for combo threat, which should be interesting. 6. I like Shield(slam) of Righteousness 7. Hammer of the Righteous makes me wonder about weapon choice. For AoE, I can still see a caster weapon being used for bonus consecration threat, but for single-target, I'm thinking a warrior-like weapon with pretty fair weapon DPS on it. 8. How will Strength come into play for us? Divine Strength is in the prot tree now, which I think they did for Ret paladins for pvp viability, but will it become some kind of useful prot talent as well? I think we'll be fine with threat but mana coefficients and stuff worry me a bit - might be going oom a lot and stuff will have costs fixed, but we'll see. The other thing is that I think the spelldamage change was balanced out a bit by the two new 6sec CD threat abilities we have. It could end up being same or similar spelldamage numbers to what we have now but with two new ways to use it and build threat worked into our rotation. Yeah, I did, forgot to mention that one. It's a good change, though it doesn't matter quite AS much as it did in TBC with the removal of Crushing Blows. Still VERY nice to have, though. No downtime anymore. | |

| I know my mage is going to be happily 71-point frost, though I'd like to take Frostbite... I just can't see myself doing it anymore. http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=oZZVAMIsfxsiqgzAoWhere do I throw those last two points? I could probably go 2/3 frostbite but eh, it won't matter for a while, Petrus is gonna go to 80 before Valen does. | |

| I noticed a couple deep holy talents involving judgement. 10% spell haste after judging for example. Also, in place of sanctity aura in ret there is a 3 point talent that heals for an extra 20% of any crit heal. Makes me wonder if 48/0/23 would work as a single target powerhouse (drops the 51pt aoe heal) but you would lose a lot of defensiveness from 51/20/0 which I expect will be the cookie cutter pvp/pve build just like 41/20 now. We are getting a lot of dispel resist on the 'hand' spells, which is good. 30second cooldown on hoj if we go that low in prot. 15% extra int from divine intellect (5% increase from now) is pretty nice too. | |

| Divine Illumination+Divine Favor+Holy Shock+Holy Light+Light's Graced Holy Light
Two Holy Lights and a Crit Holy Shock in only a few seconds? That's a LOT of healing REALLY fast.

I don't like the new fire talents. I do, however, like the Arcane changes. They screwed up on fire, though, big time. Didn't give enough useful things for what fire does, imo. Frost is fine.
