Warrior

Arms
Name: Bladestorm
Description: Instantly Whirlwind all nearby targets and for the next $d you will perform a whirlwind attack every $t1 seconds. While under the effects of Bladestorm, you can move but cannot perform any other attacks or abilities but you do not feel pity or remorse or fear and you cannot be stopped unless killed.
Description2: You cannot be stopped and perform a Whirlwind every $t1 seconds. No other attacks or abilities can be used.

Fury
Name: Heroic Leap
Description: Leap through the air and slam down on all enemies within $a3 yards of the target area, causing 50% weapon damage and dazing them for $d.
Description2: Dazed.

Prot
Name: Shockwave
Description: Sends a wave of force in front of the warrior, causing ${$m3/100*$AP} damage (based on attack power) and stunning all enemy targets within $a1 yards in a frontal cone for $d. This ability causes a high amount of threat.
Description2: Stunned.


Druid

Feral
Name: Berserk
Description: Increases your energy regeneration rate by $50334s1% while in Cat form, and increases your total health by $50321s1% while in Bear form. After the effect ends, the health is lost. While berserk, you do not feel pity or remorse or fear and you cannot be stopped unless killed.

Balance
Name: Starfall

Resto
Name: Flourish

Death Knight

Blood
Name: Dancing Runeblade
Description: Summons a second Runeblade that fights on its own for 1 sec per 10 Runic Power, doing the same strikes that you do.
Description2: You have recently summoned a runeblade.

Frost
Name: Hungering Cold (NYI)
Description: A wave of cold leeches all heat from the earth, freezing all enemies in the cone-shaped area, and causing 10 damage per Runic Power. The frozen terrain persists for 1 sec per 10 Runic Power and will freeze enemies that attempt to cross it.
Description2: Stunned

Unholy
Name: Unholy Blight
Description: A creeping swarm of unholy insects surrounds the caster for a 10 yard radius. All enemies caught in the swarm take 120 damage and are plagued with a disease that can stack up to 3 times. Lasts for 1 sec per 10 Runic Power.
Description2: Swarm attacking nearby enemies.

Warlock

Affliction
Name: Atrocity
Description: You devastate the area, causing Corruption (Rank Cool to all targets within 15 yards. In addition, your Corruption spell will do 434 Shadow damage to the target when it finishes its duration.

Demo
Name: Metamorphosis
Description: You transform into a Demon, with full health and mana. While in Demon Form, you gain Demonic abilities and your armor is increased to 360%, but your pet no longer is summoned. When leaving Demon Form, your health and mana is returned back to normal and your pet is re-summoned. Lasts $d.
Description2: You gain Demon Form, increasing your armor by 360% and gaining unique Demon abilities.

Destruction
Name: Decimate
Description: Your next Shadow or Fire spell is instant cast, and does damage in the form of Chaos damage, ignoring all resistances, absorption, and immunity mechanics. After the end of the Decimated cast, you become exhausted, disabling you from casting a spell of the same school for 3 sec.
Description2: Your next Incinerate, Shadowbolt or Soul Fire spell will be an instant cast spell.

Very interesting. And it's actually alpha atm, not beta.

I see a very clear trend towards AOE attacks and heals based upon the descriptions. Even prot warriors get an AOE threat-building mechanic.

Druids get Last Stand / Adrenaline Rush. Nice.

Frost mages going to be even more insane in PVP.

Holy priests get to make saving throws for people now (automatic 20s), pretty darn nice.

AOE stun up to 10 seconds for Death Knights? Uh huh.

Chaos Damage, huh? My guess is you'll need to do Chaos damage to something that is immune to normal magic damage in some raids.

Interesting shadow priest ability. Perhaps they are re-tooling them for PvP? I realize any conjecture at this point is pure speculation, but it seems that unless the Tier 10 shadow talents (the tier before the 51 point talent) are quite tempting for PvE raiding, Shadow Priests will take over Imp DS duty as well (level 80 cap).

Hah, noticed the fire tree "Empowered Fireball" now is 3/6/9/12/15% instead of 2/4/6/8/10

Eenteresting.

And yeah, Ichaerus, some pretty rocking stuff there...

Looking at the trees for interesting info. Soul Link is now an 11 point talent. A new talent is at 31 points called Empowerment which is pretty badass.

The Disc talent "Rapture" that you linked is hella cool. Combined with some of the other stuff, should make Dpriest a staple for any competitive 5s team (although I haven't seen the other healer trees yet).

Tier 10 Balance talents:
Name: Nature's Fury
Description: Converts 20% of your bonus healing into bonus spell damage. In addition, your Wrath and Starfire spells have a $h% chance of applying the Nature's Fury debuff on the target. The Nature's Fury debuff increases Nature and Arcane damage done to the target by 2%. Lasts $48509d. Stacks up to 3 times.

Reminds me a lot of the Shadow Weaving debuff from Spriests.

Looking at the Destro tree, it looks a lot like they don't want warlocks specializing into one school of magic anymore. There's a lot of synergy that plays into one school buffing the other and vice versa, so maybe you'll see people going back and forth with their casting (Immo > Sbolt > Incin > Shadowflame).

Priest Shadow Tree is pretty nuts
Spirit Tap changed to 3 points
(new) Imp Spirit Tap procs on crit (or by MB/SWD crit chance).
Imp SW:P changed to 5%/10% more damage (could be a nerf to total damage but a boost to DPS).
Shadow Focus only 3 talent points for 1/2/3% more hit and 2/4/6% less mana cost (possible nerf depending on hit itemization on gear)
Focused Mind adds a new spell "Mind Sear" in its list
Shadow Resilience is now 2/4% less physical damage, a PVP boon
Shadowform also reduces threat now
(best change) Shadow Power adds the same crit chance as before and also adds 10/20/30/40/50% bonus critical strike damage (yay 200% crits)
(new) Improved Shadowform (2/2): Your Fade ability now has a 100% chance to remove all movement impairing effects when used while in Shadowform, and gives you a 50% chance to avoid interruption caused by damage when casting any Shadow spell while in Shadow form (could be good for PVP, seems kinda meh for PVE because the pushback resist seems to only apply while Fade is up... side note Improved Fade hasn't changed)
(new) Psychic Horror: Adds a horror component to Psychic Scream (2/4 seconds), yay they listened for PVP
(new) Dark Spirit, adds 10/20/30% more of your spirit as shadow damage (most casters seem to have talents similar to this)
(new) Growing Pains (5/5): Converts 20% of your bonus healing into bonus spell damage. In addition, your Mind Flay has a $h% chance to refresh the duration of your Shadow Word: Pain on the target. (extremely badass with the change to Imp Pain, hopefully at 5 points it's 100% chance--side note, does this convert healing that you get from damage and healing gear, because that's like double dipping)
(new) Dispersion: As Demoniack said, which is actually a pretty substantial PVE talent too considering it's decent regen and 90% less damage would be really nice in some fights if the cooldown isn't too bad.

Prot warrior DPS?
Name: Sword and Board
Description: When your Devastate and Shield Slam abilities deal damage they have a $h% chance of refreshing the cooldown of your Shield Slam ability and reducing its cost by $50227s1% for $50227d.

Affliction DPS Improvements?
Name: Everlasting Affliction
Description: Your Corruption, Siphon Life and Seed of Corruption spells gain 20% more of your bonus spell damage effects, and your Drain Life and Shadow Bolt spells have a $h% chance to reset the duration of your Corruption spell on the target.

I'm sensing a huge theme in the vein of Crusader strike of "refreshing" cooldowns of debuffs/DOTs, which is actually a pretty good change.

Man, they better up the debuff limit on mobs. Death Knights have, like, 50 different debuffs just by themselves. Everything they do can be talented to cause a disease.
