but would it be a big deal say if it was a college student and a teacher? I could understand if the student was 17 or younger, but as they said when your 18, you choose to have relations with whoever you want. it would be like trying to accuse ppl of dating police officers so if they get pulled over they might not be given a ticket.

It may not be illegal in a civil or criminal court, but it is not allowed (and grounds for termination, if not punitive inquiries) at any University in the United States.

When a teacher has a sexual or romantic relationship with a student it is unethical. If the student is 18 then it is in no way illegal. I would also like to add since no pic of the female involved was provided it may be the very opposite of hot.

It is Legal in the states, age of consent being determined state by state of course(some are as young as 14). Just Unethical like Necis pointed out.
