| My guess is that he feared he wasn't staunchly religious enough to appeal to his christian base. He also wants to wrangle up as many "vag-voters" as he can by including a female on the ticket. She, coming from obscurity, is able to help reinforce his image of being an outsider which helps his claims of being a true reformer even when both his and his running mates records show otherwise. Politically based naming arrangements are only fitting for a politically based VP pick.
Even though rowey is a war hero and a wonderful person, he's deeply disturbed and completely horrible at his job. I love the guy but I wouldn't trust him to feed my cat, why would I trust him to run the country? | |
