Final Thoughts, why you would be a good addition to Damage Done: I would be a good addition to Damage Done cause i know all the fights , i'm good at playing my class and im a trustworthy person and i know a few people in Damage Done who can vouch for me on it.

alot of gemming for hit, should try to get hit cap'd passively within your gear so you can gem for haste and damage or even crit if you really want to.

You haven't made any monumental mistakes in your gear, but I would look into getting spell hit on your wand and cloak (which should allow you to regem a bit and focus on getting some spell haste). Your app looks very professional and the different color of your replies to your questions is a nice touch.

Right now we're having trouble finding time to bring recruits along to our raids, but we will try and work something out. Thank you for your application and interest in our guild.

Where were you today? Part of agreeing to be prepared is showing up to the next raid. If you let an officer know you can't make it (either via tells, PMs, or posting in this thread) that is one thing, but to not show up completely unannounced on what would have been an ideal day to try out does not put favorable points in your camp. You'll notice I have declined some applicants for as much.

Please be on line and on time to our next raid, or let us know if you cannot make it.

I went to my highschool football game was the biggest game of the year, I should of said something but I didnt come home after school today so i didnt have internet acces. I apologize and if dont wanna give me a second trial i understand.
