Pre BC: ZG-BWL (including onyxia) on farm status before we were able to farm mats for the gates of AQ. Post BC: Cleared: ZA, Kara, Gruuls, Magg, TK. 4/5 Mount Hyjal, 0 BT, 0 SSC, 0 Sunwell

I vedor agree to the terms of this guild and will be prompt, and well prepared for any situation that may arise during a raid. I also agree to not take hard feelings when i am unable to run a raid because of issues with classes within the raid ( needing something better then scrub mages XD)

Currently in Iraid. They are not raiding as frequently as i would like to do during the week, so i am looking for a more frequent raiding guild. I have no issues with anyone in guild ( as far as i know)

The reason you are applying to Damage Done. Please give more than just a, "I want to raid" reason. We're looking for something more along the lines of, "I can't make my guild's raid times" or "My guild doesn't need my spec in a raid" and other legitimate reasons.

Well wanting to raid is a large part of it. During the "pre bc" era i enjoyed the concept of raiding ( 40 mans owned) but with new content out and more on the way my view on raiding is tainted.. its no longer the same in my eyes as it was when i first started the game. I would like to join Damage Done Because the guild as a whole has the ability to progress efficently, and works as a community to get things done.. something i miss. 40 man raids were all about a community ( shit its 40 people raiding) and so I believe that Damage done is that community that could show me the light of Post Bc!

I am a quiet learner who studies the fights before hand and is sure of his roll prior to the fight itself. I help guildies with anything they need ( financial or otherwise) and i enjoy raiding and playing a game with people that also enjoy it as much as i do.

Once you have applied, you are immediately considered to be an applicant and should be prepared for the next raid time (as discussed above). We prefer to do trial-by-fire applications, and not being available for a raid after you post an application is a big no-no. Don't make plans with the family or friends, and make sure that if you can't show up for some reason, you post it.

I do know that this weekend in particular( friday to mid evening sunday) i will be indisposed. but anyday prior to friday morning at 10amEST and anytime after 6pmst sunday i should be free

What trinkets do you usually use?

Why are you frost?

Truthfully i had most of the mats already for the FSW set so i just rolled into it. For trinkets im sorry that was a miserable Misstype. I have the: [Quagmirran's Eye] [Icon of the Silver Crescent] [Darkmoon Card: Wrath] [Insignia of the Horde] for trinkets.. what i meant was the crit necklace Which i believe i am wearing in the armory.

My spec is rather irrelevant (to me at least) in the end. If frost is not something desired in raid i have no issues changing that

I noticed you've socketed some pieces very strangely.

15stam in head -- mages are expected to die, 6dmg7stam is much better
6dmg4int in chest and boots -- int? i don't think theres a reason on earth to socket for int
12crit in wand -- never socket for crit
14spelldmg 2% more mana meta -- nowhere near the best meta gem for mages.

when socketing we go for max dps, spellhit>spellhaste>spelldmg>crit>stam>+healing>meleecrit>meleehit>strength>int
but on a serious note, you should only ever gem for hit(although ideally you'd never have to socket for hit) haste and damage, and dmg/stam or haste/stam for your meta requirements or extra good socket bonuses.

there are LOTS of upgrades you could get on your own w/o ever stepping foot inside a raid

Boots of Incantations--badges
Belt of Blasting--crafted

all ofthese(cept belt) would fix your stamina issue and give you a dps upgrade all around.

vitalityso ridiculously worthless, get 12stam if you're very low on stam(you are) or boar's speed ideally.

do you have gear replacements for your FSW if you were to go fire right now?
if you were, does it include more hit? you're very low atm for a fire spec.(fine for arcane though, i think? like 76 needed)

as a last note-- a blood elf not revered w/ tranquillien....PREPOSTEROUS. i am disappointed...

I re-read your app and now I'm just confused about your spec.

You spec Deep Arcane without picking up the AM talents, so I'm guessing this is a spec around 250% crit damage frostbolts? I have no idea what use that is. It isn't a PVP build because you clearly avoided PVP-centric talents, but why would you go for Spell Power/Mind Mastery over Winter's Chill, Arctic Winds, and Empowered Frostbolt?

Actually, I'm just going to say, "No thanks." The spec concern is a big deal to me. We have too many applicants trying out new stuff that has very real proof in being less effective, and that just won't fly when we hit up Brutallus. That and I don't think your gear supports your spec very well with such low crit.
